Soho Experiential is looking for outgoing, reliable, experienced promotional staff to work our eventsa. We have several different events going on during the follow days and times : Pay starts at $40/hr and may be increased if you are required to fill out a recap. Must be 21+ yrs old and RBS certified, or willing to get RBS certification. This is W2 work. You will be handing out samples of Aperol Spritz to guests and encouraging them to purchase full size cocktails from the bar area. We also have fun giveaways for you to handout and require you to take photos of consumers enjoying their experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Engagement: Actively approach and interact with potential customers, providing detailed product information and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Brand Representation: Professionally represent the company image and brand values through positive interactions and attire. Event Setup: Assist in setting up promotional booths and displays at events, ensuring a visually appealing presentation of products. Reporting (only for Leads): Track key performance metrics and submit detailed reports on customer interactions and event results.
