*For off premise+special events, staff must have a valid+ current Responsible vendors permit Position Title: Promotional Staff Status: Temporary/part-time. Non-exempt. W-2 Reports To: Market Manager- Alexis Martinez Location: Mountain, ski and high country towns including: Steamboat Springs, Aspen, Vail Breckenridge predominantly. Hourly Rate: $45/hour in Mountain, high country and remote ski towns of Colorado. Lead promotional specialists will receive an additional $5/hr for kit logistics, recapping, financial responsibility and photos. Drive time may be applicable for certain events and areas that are more than 45 min away from a major town or city in Colorado. Subject to overtime pay per applicable laws. All hours worked must be pre-approved. Job Summary: SoHo Experiential LLC, an experiential marketing company based in New York City, is looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our promotional team, responsible for engaging potential customers at events and retail locations to generate brand awareness and drive sales through interactive demonstrations and product information sharing. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Actively approach and interact with potential customers, providing detailed product information and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Brand Representation: Professionally represent the company image and brand values through positive interactions and attire. Event Setup: Assist in setting up promotional booths and displays at events, ensuring a visually appealing presentation of products. Reporting: Track key performance metrics and submit detailed reports on customer interactions and event results. Qualifications: Outgoing Personality: Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor with a natural ability to connect with people. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on event schedules. 21 years+ of age (required for service of alcohol) and has required credentials as applicable Preferred Skills: Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or event marketing.
