Sourced craft cocktails

**MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE AND ACCESS TO TRANSPORTATION** **If you are wanting the cocktail batching piece of the position (whether by itself or with Operations position as well), you MUST be available to meet in person for training on 8/18 & 8/19 + in-person interview prior to(date flexible)** **If you are wanting just the operations piece and NOT the cocktail portion of the position, you must be able to meet in person during the week of 8/10 - 8/17. Timing is flexible*** This position will have different elements of tasks,. Some being a week recurring set tasks, while others are on an as needed basis determined by the customer. If you wish to fulfill the positions for glassware & alcohol pickup/delivery but are NOT comfortable batching cocktails or vice versa, please just let me know and I can separate the positions. The first task (which is a flat weekly pay), which is a set weekly recurring need, is picking up the glassware from our clients location in Soho every Tuesday and bringing to our warehouse/kitchen in Brooklyn where you will run it through our dishwasher. The glassware will be in glass racks and you can just put those racks straight into the commercial dishwasher. Once the glassware is dry and confirmed to be clean, you will need to return the clean glassware to the clients store by end of day on Thursdays. **If you use a truck, you will need to wrap the glass-racks to ensure they remain clean during transportation. The two "as needed" tasks... 1) Standard alcohol delivery (determined by size/stops) : Our client will place alcohol orders as needed, which will need to be delivered by EOD on Fridays. The cut off time of their orders is 1pm on Mondays. At that time, we will send the order to the vendors that we have partnered with so they can fulfill. Once the order is ready to pickup, you will need to pickup the order from our vendor(s) and deliver to our clients location in Soho. 2) Cocktail Keg Batching : You will be picking up the empty kegs from our client and bringing them to our kitchen for proper cleaning. You will then need to batch and fill new kegs with the necessary cocktail and return the freshly batched cocktails back to our customers location where you will then install and ensure it is ready to go. **If you are comfortable with batching but do not have experience with kegs, that is okay as we can train you. You MUST have bartending experience and a general understanding of making cocktails though**
