Location: State Farm Stadium
Schedule: Saturdays (Setup) & Mondays (Teardown) all Cardinals Home Games
Duration: Approximately 16 total workdays during football season
Compensation: $250 per day
Start Time: 7:00 AM Estimated (until completion)
Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and physically capable individuals to assist with event setup and teardown for football home games. This role is ideal for those interested in gaining hands-on experience in event operations, staging, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of a 10’ x 30’ truss structure
• Safely handle and lift heavy materials and equipment
• Set up event display elements including signage, banners, and kiosks
• Support general event production tasks as needed
• Ensure all setup and teardown activities are completed efficiently and safely
Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry at least 100 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a physically demanding environment
• Availability for all scheduled Saturdays and Mondays during the season
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in event setup, staging, or production (not required)
• Familiarity with tools and basic construction/assembly
