Spitfire Event Marketing

Spitfire Event Marketing is seeking one production assistant to represent Dave Campbell's Texas Football while assisting the Vapes Down Team with their activation during a high school football game. Responsibilities may include reaching out to the athletic director of the stadium to confirm where the team will be set up, giving presentation speech to the game presenter, assisting the team with whatever they may need during the activation, taking photos of the activation and pre-game presentation, etc. You must be flexible as the arrival time/responsibilities could slightly change. Events normally are only 2-3 hours long and this is a $150 flat rate per event. Travel can be added if needed. Two seperate presentation days September 15th (Start time in the morning TBD) September 18th (5:30pm arrival time)
