Spitfire Event Marketing

Spitfire Event Marketing is seeking polished, professional, and reliable staff to assist us at the AspenTech OPTIMIZE 2026 conference in Houston, TX. This takes place at 3 different locations & there are an array of responsiblities so you must be flexible and willing to be a team player as your location or responsibility could slightly change. Preference will be given first to those who are available for most of the days. *YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE ON MAY 10TH* Roles will include Registration Staff, General Conference Staff, Help Desk, & Wayfinding Staff. Please tell us all the shifts you are available for. May 9th 10am-4pm May 10th 12pm-6pm May 11th 7am-6pm OR 11am-3pm May 12th 6:30am-5:00pm May 13th 6:30am-6:00pm OR 5pm-9pm
