EVENT NAME: Bloomington Music Activation DATE(s) / SHIFT TIME(s): Primary Date: September 3, 2026 (September 2 may be a backup date – please indicate your availability for both dates if possible.) Tentative Shift: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (subject to change as event details are finalized) LOCATION: TBABloomington, IN (approximately 1 hour from Indianapolis) ) 5:30pm - 6pm meet up for transportation TRAVEL INFORMATION:Transportation to Bloomington will be coordinated by the client. Staff will meet in Indianapolis for transportation to and from the event. ROLE(s): Check-In Staff Brand Ambassador RESPONSIBILITIES: Check-In Staff Welcome and check in event guests Verify guest lists and assist with registration Direct attendees and provide exceptional customer service Maintain an organized and efficient entry process Brand Ambassador Engage with guests throughout the activation Assist with interactive experiences and photo moments Represent Spotify professionally and enthusiastically Support event operations and client needs as directed ATTIRE: Please review our standard uniform guidelines on the homepage. Please arrive in all-black event attire: Black shirt Black pants Black sneakers Black belt (if applicable) Black socks NO: Visible logos, branding, washed-out, ripped, or distressed clothing. GROOMING: Please review our standard grooming guidelines on the homepage. Long hair should be pulled back. Facial hair should be clean shaven or neatly trimmed. NO: Colorful makeup, nail polish, or excessive jewelry (preferred). RATE(S): $25/hour – Brand Ambassador / Check-In Staff
