EVENT NAME: Kids Skincare & Lifestyle Experience Activation DATE(s) / SHIFT TIME(s): Saturday, January 17, 2026 — 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday, January 18, 2026 — 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Standby Shift: 6:50 AM to 8:50 AM both days) LOCATION: Indiana Convention Center 100 S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225 ROLE(s): 5 x Brand Ambassadors 1 x Standby RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome guests warmly and introduce event activities or products Encourage participation in the photo booth, sampling, or product demos Engage comfortably with children ages 5–18 and their parents Help shy kids feel comfortable participating Manage lines and ensure a fun, seamless guest experience Distribute samples and assist with giveaways Keep the booth clean, organized, and fully stocked Assist with checkout and product purchases Support with event setup and teardown Memorize simple brand talking points and communicate benefits clearly ATTIRE: TBC GROOMING: Please review our standard grooming guidelines on the homepage. Long hair must be pulled back Facial hair must be clean-shaven or neatly trimmed NO: colorful makeup, nail polish, or jewelry (preferably) RATE(s): Brand Ambassador: $25/hour
