Unusual situation as I worked for TBS but onsite manager was thru a different agency. TBS was 5 star as usual but our manager and on site lead were terrible but nothing pertaining to TBS
Last game of season and waiting to hear if we got contract signed but will work again next year. Onsite Mgr is excellent and Tbs is never an issue this was my 4th year and same agency and onsite.
I experienced excellent communication of directions, expectations, training materials, maps and parking instructions a week out from the event. UNHEARD OF! KUDOS TBS and Jacyln you are a SUPER ROCKSTAR!
