Team is hiring 4 Athletic Educational Brand Ambassadors to represent Halo Branded Solutions. The ambassador must be able to greet, guide guests, assist with registration, badge printing, work as Photo Booth attendant, way finder, assist with questions for attendees at the help desk, creating kits, assist with set up and packing up. Must be available every day- Sat, May 16 (2) BA’s: 4 hr shift (time TBD but let’s say 8am – 12pm) for kitting support Sun, May 17 (7) BA’s: 10am – 12pm for training (4) BA’s: 12pm – 4pm for registration (2) BA’s: 6:30pm – 9:30pm for welcome reception (1) Lead BA for the day: 12pm – 9:30pm - this shift will be split In half Mon, May 18 (2) BA’s: 7:30am – 2pm for ballroom greeter/help desk (2) BA’s: 2pm – 5pm for experience lab (3) BA’s: 5:30pm – 9:30pm for supplier networking event (1) Lead BA for the day: 7am – 9:30pm (this shift will be split In half Tue, May 19 (2) BA’s: 7:30am – 10am for ballroom greeter/help desk (2) BA’s: 10am – 4pm for tradeshow/activation/help desk (3) BA’s: 5:30pm – 9:30pm for block party (1) Lead BA for the day: 7am – 9:30pm (this shift will be split In half Wed, May 20 (4) BA’s: 7:30am – 4pm for ballroom & master class greeters (3) BA’s: 5:00pm – 10:00pm for closing party (1) Lead BA for the day: 7am – 10pm (this shift will be split In half Thu, May 21 (3) BA’s: 8am – 12pm for boxing room staff (1) Lead BA for the day: 8am – 12pm Uniform Requirements: T- Shirt will be provided, must wear your own black pants, and dark tennis shoes.
