WHAT YOU WILL DO Own and develop a plan to showcase the brand in your focus market using the tools and resources provided to you. Help ensure our brands are visible to consumers throughout your focus market (universities/ colleges) Work with local sales force to recommend opportunities for product placement, merchandising, promotions, delivery and other services Develop a productive and effective working relationship with assigned accounts Support distribution with effective Point of Sale (branded materials/giveaways) Conduct effective promotional efforts that increase trial and consumption of our client’s brands Build relationships with bar staff, educate on and create raving fans of our client’s brands Track and monitor progress against monthly goals Know your market, spot and set the trends, be culturally connected Responsibly manage all assigned company and client equipment and assets to include protection from damage and theft Complete weekly activity recaps, accomplishments and follow up needs Manage all budgets to ensure programs are executed within budget guidelines Complete all expense reports within the allocated time lines and maintain compliant with all expenses per guidelines. WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD Must be enrolled at the Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) Eligible for up to a $500 bonus upon successful completion of the semester Must be at least 21 years of age to apply Must be enrolled in an accredited university and in good standing Must be able to dedicate 12 hours per week, primarily Thursday–Saturday afternoons and evenings Responsible, outgoing, and self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence brand perception and purchase decisions Familiarity with the local market and key accounts catering to the target audience Well-connected with influential groups and individuals within the focus market Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to create and execute a plan to showcase the brand using provided tools and resources Help ensure the brand is visible to consumers throughout the focus market (universities/colleges) Collaborate with the local sales force to identify opportunities for product placement, promotions, merchandising, and delivery Track and monitor progress against monthly goals Stay culturally connected—identify trends and insights within your market Complete weekly activity recaps, including accomplishments and follow-ups Manage all budgets to ensure program execution aligns with budget guidelines Submit expense reports on time and remain in compliance with all related guidelines EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES TEAM is committed to building diverse teams and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
