Here’s a quick overview of the role: Position: Spot Checker – Off-Premise Activations Pay: $25/hour (minimum 1 hour per visit) Frequency: Varies depending on your availability, activation location, and program needs — currently averaging 0–2 spot checks per month, but this could increase. What You’d Do: Discreetly observe staff performance without revealing that you’re conducting a spot check. Your role is to ensure the promotional staff are: Speaking positively and knowledgeably about the product Pouring and distributing the correct sample size Wearing the correct uniform Maintaining a proper and organized table setup/display Actively engaging with customers Recommending other portfolio products if a guest is not interested in the featured spirit Most spot checks only require about 15 minutes at each activation, but you’ll be compensated for a full hour. Requirements: Take 3–4 discreet “undercover” photos of the activation Complete a 14-question recap form detailing how the event went and evaluating the promotional staff’s performance
