Key Responsibilities: -Keep participants motivated and engaged throughout the event. -Guide participants through various activities and challenges as needed, ensuring a positive experience. -Assist with event set-up and breakdown, for a seamless execution. -Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the event area throughout the duration of the event. Qualifications: -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and engage participants. -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. -Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. -Availability to work flexible hours, as event schedules dictate.
