Responsibilities: -Encourage and maintain participant motivation throughout the event -Provide guidance during activities and challenges as necessary -Assist in the seamless setup and breakdown of event materials -Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the event area during the program Requirements: - Ability to co-lift 120lbs of ice is required. -Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a dynamic event environment -Strong interpersonal skills to engage and support participants -Willingness to contribute to a positive and impactful charitable cause.
