Hello! We are looking for one brand ambassador to assist our team with a Sheetz store opening. Duties will include assisting with set-up, tear-down, running and prize wheel and raffle ticket station. I will email staff that are chosen to work with event details. TENTATIVE SCHEDULE 7-8:45A: Set-up, pre-event meeting 9A: Activation Begins 10:00-11:30A: Raffle prizes and ribbon cutting 11:30-12:30P: Teardown and staff event wrap-up meeting Set-up Footprint: Large blow up 10 by 10 Tent Tables with Prize wheel and raffle sign-up Sheetz backdrop set-up with speakers for announcements Goals: Talking Points will be shared prior to activation Assist Sheetz staff with set-up, assisting guests with signing up for drawings and interacting with the crowd Prize wheel operation Maintain equipment during the event Load and unload equipment and transport to and from 288 storage unit
