Responsibilities:
- Schedule monthly canvassing outings with flexibility, while prioritizing the first half of each month and peak traffic times to maximize community engagement.
- Utilize local market knowledge to identify high-traffic neighborhoods, businesses, and community events that provide the greatest opportunities for awareness and engagement.
- Walk or drive to distribute promotional materials to residential neighborhoods and local businesses.
- Represent the organization professionally by engaging community members, business owners, employees, and pedestrians in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Answer basic questions about the organization, its offerings, and promotional initiatives with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Develop relationships with local business decision-makers and identify potential catering, partnership, and community engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with local restaurant or business managers to understand each location's customer base, operational priorities, and local market dynamics.
- Submit timely and detailed outing reports documenting routes completed, businesses visited, promotional materials distributed, community interactions, and key observations.
- Provide ongoing feedback and market insights to the account team to help optimize future outreach efforts.
- Attend periodic strategy and campaign meetings as required.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong performance throughout the campaign.

- Must currently live in Naples, FL.
- Strong knowledge of or familiarity with the Naples local market and surrounding communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Comfortable engaging with members of the public, business owners, and local organizations.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible field schedule.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned market.
