We are seeking a number of local Brand Ambassadors to be approved to be on-site at an event on behalf of State Farm. The ideal Brand Ambassador must be personable and outgoing, reliable, self-motivated, punctual, and ready to facilitate quality engagements for the client. Experience with using technology (iPads, Printers, etc...) at events, photography, and data-capture is a plus.
Typical tasks include:
- Be willing to assist Field Market Managers with setup and strike of booth assets and inventory (lifting up to 50lbs focusing on safety & teamwork)
- Fill various stations guiding consumers through the activation experience
- Help Field Market Managers manage inventory of giveaways, supplies, uniforms, etc.
- Troubleshoot tech when issues arise

- Wednesday, January 7th, 2026: 8:30am-8:00pm
-Thursday, January 8th, 2026: 11:30am-8:00pm
-Friday, January 9th, 2026: 11:30am-9:00pm
-Saturday, January 10th, 2026: 10:30am-3:30pm

Hiring & billing is managed by The Bench Global, LLC. Once approved, you will be invited to our payment provider, RAMP, to create a profile and coordinate payment. Payment is net 7 from final day on-site.
Once approved, you will receive a number of virtual training materials to become familiar with the program & position overview including talking points, dress code, etc.
On-site training will be conducted on Show Day 1 prior to activating. A brand t-shirt will be provided on-site.

All applicants will be required to pass a background check. Such background check shall include, at a minimum:
A national, state, and county (or the equivalent) criminal record checks for all residential and employment addresses disclosed by the individual and/or discovered by the Agency;
A prohibited parties search, including OFAC, the Terrorist Watch List, Specially Designated Nationals List, and Blocked Persons List;
An employment history for all employers for the individual for the prior five (5) employers; and
A review of all convictions and pre-trial diversion programs for any felony or misdemeanor involving dishonesty, breach of trust, fraud or financial crimes, illegal manufacture, sale, distribution of or trafficking in a controlled substance, money laundering, theft or computer crimes, violent crimes against persons or property, sexually related criminal conduct, crimes involving possession or use of a dangerous weapon.
