With a proprietary blend of vitamins and minerals, Happy Thoughts is a delicious sparkling juice that will be spreading throughout the Portland and Northwest area in 2024. With fun flavors like Thirst Strap, Vegas Debauch-a-berry, Late Night Fruity Call and Let’s Party Peaches, Illicit Elixirs is a fun and energetic brand packed with lots of goodness and joy. About the Job: We’re launching new retailers in your area and looking for 3 – 4 team members who can make sure the program is a total success. Sampling demos, in-store merchandising, and store checks will all be an important part of this position for 4 – 6 weeks, and hopefully for more. This is your opportunity to work with a new company with big vision. And be a part of a whole new movement of happiness and joy! What you’ll be doing: ● Attend demos at scheduled time and location. These will typically be at a grocery store ● Dress in branded Illicit attire – shirts and/or hats ● Pour samples of and introduce new consumers in store ● Explain the benefits of Happy Thoughts beverage ● Demos are usually 3 hours long ● Merchandise or support the brand with store checks as needed. ● Visit stores for additional store checks and merchandising to ensure product availability ● Share promotions or special offers, when possible, to target a larger audience ● Attend training prior to sampling and other team meetings as needed. ● Provide recaps from each sampling event ● Assist marketing leadership in assessing opportunities in your key market and educating others. o Field Marketing opportunities can include community events, retailer events, sporting events, and culinary-focused events. ● Support strategic sales initiatives as additional project work as needed. ● Complete monthly expense reports and submit invoices in a timely manner to program manager. Qualifications (Ideally): ● Experience with events ● 21+ ● Lives in the relevant geographic area. ● Reliable transportation ● Passion for active lifestyle events, and health & wellness This is a flexible seasonal contract position.
