Great opportunity to grow with a Texas-based health and wellness brand! Cultured Carrot, an Austin-based food brand, is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our team. We are a gut-health focused, fermented dressing company that truly believes in the science and study of the microbiome. We are currently hiring a Brand Ambassador to conduct in-store demos at two Central Market locations in Dallas. Role Overview You will educate customers on key talking points, ingredients, and health benefits to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This role may also open doors to additional wellness opportunities in your area as we grow. Availability Weekends are ideal — Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays Typical demo times: • 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM • 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Based on peak shopper volume) Compensation • $22–$27/hour (1099 contractor) • Paid after shift completion and submission of demo report (via Venmo) • Product reimbursements added to payment for approved food/demo supplies Requirements • Must set up demo table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or appropriate display tools • Reliable transportation • Ability to read and follow written instructions • Food handler permit (may be required) • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive Responsibilities • Learn product details via brand website and training materials • Set up and maintain a clean, professional demo area • Keep samples at appropriate temperature (cool or room temp) • Sample product and educate customers on ingredients and gut health benefits • Drive sales and build brand awareness • Track inventory, tidy and face shelves • Submit detailed, professional demo reports • Dress according to brand guidelines • Properly store and maintain demo kits/materials If you’re passionate about health and wellness and enjoy engaging directly with customers, we’d love to hear from you!
