The Field Marketing Agency is a nationwide sales and marketing firm helping national brands grow their in-store presence and boost retail sales. We’re looking for outgoing, sales-savvy Brand Ambassadors to join our demo team for a top-tier line of non-alcoholic beverages. If you’re passionate about wellness products, thrive on hitting sales goals, and love connecting with customers, this gig is for you. ✨ Position Details 🔹 Non-alcoholic cocktail pours 🔹 Start Date: ASAP – Booking October (with potential to extend into the year) 🔹 Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays 🔹 Demos at various Sprouts locations 🔹 Pay: $28/hr (W2, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit) 🔹 Paid training and all demo supplies provided 💼 Key Responsibilities ✅ Set up an eye-catching and compliant sampling station ✅ Engage customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge ✅ Pour and distribute beverage samples (safely + professionally) ✅ Drive sales—this is more than awareness, it's about conversion ✅ Communicate with store staff and report inventory observations ✅ Complete quick end-of-day reporting with feedback and sales data 🧠 Who You Are ✔ Confident, sales-focused, and motivated by goals ✔ A people-person who loves starting conversations ✔ Organized, proactive, and dependable ✔ Experienced in product sampling or promotional work ✅ Requirements ✔ Prior brand ambassador promotional work or demo experience ✔ Valid Food Handler’s Card or RBS certification (required prior to applying) ✔ Your own 4ft foldable table ✔ Professional appearance: solid shirt, black hat, black pants or jeans (no logos or rips), and closed-toe shoes ✔ Smartphone with GPS enabled (for time tracking and reporting) We offer paid training and set you up for success.
