Happy Pads is looking for a confident, energetic Salesperson and Brand Representative to represent our company at an event and pitch competition in Washington, D.C. You will learn our company story, products, sales approach, and key talking points before the event. During the event, you will represent Happy Pads, engage with attendees, share information about the brand and products, answer questions, support sales activities, and present Happy Pads during the pitch competition. This is not a full-day position. The daily schedule and required hours will be shared in advance. We will provide the necessary materials and virtual training or practice before the event. If you are not located in Washington, D.C., Happy Pads will cover your round-trip flight and hotel accommodations for the event. Compensation * $250 per day for 3 days * 1st Place – $15,000 prize: 15% bonus = $2,250 * 2nd Place – $10,000 prize: 15% bonus = $1,500 * 3rd Place – $5,000 prize: 15% bonus = $750 * Flight and hotel covered for representatives traveling from outside Washington, D.C. The winning bonus is paid in addition to the daily compensation. Content and Promotional Requirements As part of the role, you may be asked to take and provide photos, videos, and other content related to the event and your experience representing Happy Pads. This may include pictures or videos of the event, brand activities, products, sales interactions, and promotional moments. Recommended Must Haves * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Confident, professional, and outgoing personality * Strong public speaking and presentation skills * Comfortable presenting a startup pitch and answering questions * Strong storytelling and sales skills * Comfortable representing and promoting Happy Pads * Reliable and available from September 9–12, 2026 * Available for virtual training and pitch practice before the event * Brand ambassador, sales, startup, marketing, or pitch competition experience preferred Please include any brand ambassador, sales, marketing, public speaking, startup pitching, event, or promotional experience when applying.
