We are seeking energetic, reliable Brand Ambassadors to support an on-site sampling program as part of a Live Nation concert series.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for executing a high-visibility sampling experience in a live concert environment. This is an independent, outdoor role requiring strong comfort working solo, engaging guests, and managing light setup and breakdown responsibilities.
Supplies will be delivered directly to the venue (no off-site storage required)
Must be comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced live event conditions
Independent role with minimal onsite supervision
Recap reporting required after each activation
SHIFT DETAILS
Each show shift will run approximately 4.5 – 5 hours total, structured as follows:
Arrival Time: Typically between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Pre-Show Window: 60–90 minutes after arrival (setup, prep, coordination)
Doors Open: Transition into active guest engagement
Sampling Period: ~3 hours of active sampling once doors open
Live Nation bartender will handle all beverage pours on-site

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for individuals who are:
Comfortable working independently and outdoors for extended periods
Confident engaging large crowds in high-energy entertainment environments
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to execute light setup and breakdown tasks
Experienced in brand ambassador, sampling, or event activation work (preferred but not required)
