We are looking for an outgoing team of 5 BAs to help kick off the school year in style at this retail Back to College event—designed to get students move-in ready and campus cool. Help guests snap a pic at the photo op, personalize their dorm décor, and try out the latest Heyday headphones in a live demo experience! Schedule: Saturday, July 26th 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM Paid Training Call Ahead of Time This will be a can’t miss in-store shopping event for collegiate guests to discover their personal style! Responsibilities: • Greet Guests at the FOS Cart and introduce them to the Back to College experience. Highlight priority products that qualify for custom embroidery or letter patches and direct them to the embroidery table or listening station. • Encourage Guests to use mobile checkout to receive the Gift with Purchase (GWP) — either a custom embroidered item or a letter patch for self-application. • Provide Guests with order cards for custom embroidery, assist them in selecting up to three letters and thread colors, and inform them of the estimated wait time. • Direct Guests to the listening station in the tech area to try out Heyday Earphones and listen to the latest Target playlist, reinforcing the program’s theme of personal style and campus cool. Uniform: During the activation, Brand Ambassadors will be decked out in spirited, college-themed ringer shirts—bringing all the campus vibes and rallying excitement as you engage with guests throughout the event! Provided to staff onsite: T-shirt BA to provide: Jeans and Neutral Sneakers **Hype does not handle hiring via Trusted Herd.
