We’re looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent a major craft mixers brand at Two Step Inn! This high-energy festival activation will focus on product sampling, guest engagement, and creating memorable brand moments for attendees. Brand Ambassadors will help bring the brand to life through sampling, interactive photo moments, and engaging with festival guests throughout the activation footprint. PROGRAM OVERVIEW A major craft mixers brand will be activating with a festival footprint focused on bar sales and product sampling. Guests will be invited to try a variety of non-alcoholic Craft Mixer flavors at a dedicated sampling bar staffed by our Brand Ambassador team. Within the footprint there will also be: A custom branded bar (all drink sales handled by the festival concessionaire) A customized photo booth experience Premium item giveaways Exterior photo moments and interactive games for festival attendees SCHEDULE 30 minute training call - date/time tbd Saturday, April 19: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM Sunday, April 20: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM Must be available for both event days. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet guests, offer samples, and share brand information Assist guests with the photo booth and props Guide guests through the experience while sharing brand talking points Encourage guests to take photos and share on social media Communicate key brand messaging Support all activation zones and cover team breaks Help manage lines and keep spaces organized Reinforce brand messaging across the footprint ✅ Certifications Required Valid Food Handler Certification Valid TIPS Certification WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Outgoing and comfortable engaging with large crowds Previous brand ambassador, festival, or experiential marketing experience preferred Able to stay high energy in a fast-paced outdoor festival environment Reliable and punctual Hype does not handle hiring via Trusted Herd.
