We are looking for a group of 4 engaging, stylish, and energetic female Brand Event Assistants to support an exciting, interactive activation taking place at the Indiana Convention Center. This multi-day event will feature a “Glam & Accessory Bar” and a photo moment where guests can get camera-ready and capture fun, memorable content.
Location:
Indiana Convention Center – Indianapolis, IN 46225
Role Responsibilities:
Greet and engage guests, encouraging participation in the photo experience and glam bar
Assist attendees in selecting accessories or glam items to enhance their look
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing event space
Manage guest flow and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience
Represent the activation with energy, confidence, and professionalism
Schedule:
Virtual Training (TBD): 1-hour session on Wednesday, July 16
Event Days:
Thursday, July 17 – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Call time: 2:00 PM)
Friday, July 18 – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Call time: 9:30 AM)
Saturday, July 19 – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Call time: 9:30 AM)
Qualifications:
Outgoing and approachable personality with a polished appearance
Prior experience in events, promotions, or customer service
Comfortable working on your feet in fast-paced environments
Must be available for all listed dates, including virtual training
