JOB DESCRIPTION Calling all festival lovers! 🎶☀️ Project Desert Festival is a multi-week activation happening on the opening weekends of Coachella and Stagecoach Festival weekends. We’re looking for energetic, friendly Brand Ambassadors to help bring Target’s Desert Festival to life! Guests will explore festival-ready activations, snag giveaways, take photos, and get hyped for the weekend. If you’re outgoing, love engaging with guests, and ready to bring big energy, this is your gig! SCHEDULE & LOCATION Thursday, April 9th 11:00 AM 4:00 PM Friday, April 10th 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM Thursday, April 23rd 11:00 AM 4:00 PM Friday, April 24th 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM Training: 1-hour paid training call (TBD) Location: Target - La Quinta, CA 92253-2072: Exact address will be shown once you are confirmed. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome guests into the activation with a smile Assist with photo opportunities and giveaways Keep lines flowing and help guests navigate the space Support sampling stations and other festival touchpoints Keep energy high and help make the event memorable UNIFORM / ATTIRE Provided: Branded shirt BA to wear: Jeans with no holes Additional: 30 bandanas provided for staff TRAVEL & LODGING We anticipate providing shared lodging and mileage reimbursement for travel Exact logistics will be coordinated with staff prior to the event
