JOB DESCRIPTION We’re looking for energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to support a Major Tech brand at Verizon at Bonnaroo 🎶🌞 This high-energy festival activation will take place over four days, bringing fans into an immersive brand experience within the Live Nation festival environment. Verizon will also host an exclusive viewing corral and merch lane reserved for customers, adding an elevated guest experience element to the activation. Expect a fast-paced, high-volume setting with constant guest interaction and excitement throughout the day. SCHEDULE & LOCATION Where: Bonnaroo - Manchester, TN Event Dates: • June 11-14 • Approx. 12-hour days (exact timing TBD - must be flexible) • Paid training call - TBD ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Build a strong understanding of processes for entry into the viewing corral, surveys, and merch fast lane Assist with event setup pre-event and breakdown post-event Maintain a premium look and feel of the space, ensuring it stays clean, organized, and on-brand at all times Interact with guests and encourage social sharing/content posting Guide attendees to engage with on-site perks, including the exclusive viewing corral and merch fast lane Support guest flow and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience Track and communicate daily clicker totals to the Live Nation contact before leaving site each day UNIFORM • Shirt provided IDEAL CANDIDATES • Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable in large crowd environments • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with festival-goers • Reliable, adaptable, and able to stay upbeat during long event days
