We’re looking for a high-energy, reliable team of Brand Ambassadors to bring an exciting Iced Tea Picnic activation to life in Panama City, FL! This is a unique, fast-paced experience that blends live event execution with on-camera content creation. PROGRAM OVERVIEW This is not your typical sampling event—we’re creating a dynamic “Pit Crew” style iced tea picnic setup! Ambassadors will work as a team to: Quickly set up a full picnic scene while a drawbridge is raised Efficiently break down the setup when the bridge lowers Keep energy high and movements precise for a seamless, exciting visual This activation will be filmed, and talent will very likely appear in final brand content/sizzle reels. SCHEDULE Onsite Training Day:Tuesday, May 26 2pm-6pm Activation Day: Wednesday, May 27 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Rain Date (if needed): Thursday, May 28, 2026 You must be available on May 28th in case of rescheduling purposes RESPONSIBILITIES Execute rapid setup and breakdown of picnic activation elements Work collaboratively as part of a synchronized “pit crew” team Represent the brand in a polished, engaging, and professional manner Be comfortable on camera and follow direction from production staff Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout the day Assist with light event support as needed REQUIREMENTS Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Polished, and camera-ready presence Comfortable being filmed and willing to sign a video release Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Prior brand ambassador, promo, or event experience preferred Must be comfortable working at a permitted event with police presence Hype does not handle hiring via Trusted Herd.
