We’re looking for energetic and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent a non-alcoholic beer brand at select Reno Aces Minor League Baseball games this season! This is a fun, high-traffic stadium activation where you’ll engage directly with fans, drive product awareness, and create a memorable sampling experience. Location: Greater Nevada Field, Reno, NV Game Dates (Select 3 activations): 7/24 - TIME TBD 8/7 - TIME TBD 9/12 - TIME TBD SHIFT DETAILS Approx. 5-hour shifts per game Arrival required ~1 hour before gates open Sampling runs from gate open through approximately the 7th inning 2 Brand Ambassadors + 1 backup per game All supplies will be provided and meet the team on-site RESPONSIBILITIES Arrive on-site promptly and assist with setting up the sampling station using pre-staged materials Engage fans in a friendly, high-energy manner while distributing product samples Educate consumers on the brand offerings and answer basic product questions Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sampling area throughout the activation Break down, repack, and secure all event materials at the end of each game Follow all event guidelines, safety protocols, and venue rules REQUIREMENTS Prior event, promotional, or brand ambassador experience preferred Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in outdoor stadium environments Punctual, professional, and proactive attitude is a must Must be available for ALL of the listed games Hype does not handle hiring via Trusted Herd.
