MUST BE 21+ We are seeking 3 energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent Aperol for a sampling Event ! As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, and to create a memorable and positive experience. You will hand out samples of Aperol Spritz and swag items to guests at the event. 10x20 setup managed by Alterra, including a sampling bar cart, pop up bars for swag, lounge area, cornhole, and a photo area. Schedule: Friday June 26th 5 PM - 10 PM Saturday, July 4th 5 PM - 10 PM- Elevated Holiday rate $38/hour Friday, July 10th 5 PM - 10 PM Friday July 31st 5 PM - 10 PM Friday August 14th 5 PM - 10 PM Roles and Responsibilities: • Swag Setup & Management: Weekly swag shipments will arrive directly at the venue. The BA will set up the swag area inside the tent, keep it clean and organized, and ensure no boxes or plastic are visible (tables behind the tent can be used for storage). Working on securing a swag spin wheel for engagement, but it may not be ready for the first event. • Sampling: Steamboat will provide the product, and the BAs will batch spritzes into carafes for sampling. Because this is a large scale event, we need to ensure BAs are pouring no more than 2 oz of the batched spritz per sample and controlling the flow throughout the night. The goal is to provide a taste, then drive guests to one of the five bars on site to purchase a full spritz. • Cups: Compostable cups are required; client will order and ship directly to the venue. • General Support: Maintain a clean activation space, rotate through the footprint, and engage with guests throughout the event. • Parking: There are plenty of parking options available, but with the number of people in town, it will still be challenging. I recommend planning ahead and either carpooling or parking off site at the Meadows lot and taking the bus into the square. -Help attendees take photos at branded photo ops. -Hand out branded giveaways to attendees. -Assist with setting up, breaking down, and keeping the event space organized. -Hand out Aperol Spritz samples -Answer basic questions about the brand. -Manage lines and direct people to keep the activation running smoothly. -Manage bar spend and submit receipt with recap post event -Submit detailed event recap with photos Uniform: Please arrive in a white top. Client will provide an Aperol sweater to wear. Please wear nice white pants with no rips or holes, clean white sneakers. Polished and clean look Please wear branded items from the event kit to decorate yourself for Aperol. White skirt or shorts is okay too! MUST BE TIPS/RBS CERTIFIED TO SAMPLE
