PROGRAM OVERVIEW Walmart is welcoming a group of selected creators and influencers to their home campus in Bentonville, Arkansas this fall. As part of their experience, creators will have the opportunity to explore Bentonville, hear from notable speakers, network with other creators, create content, and learn more about Walmart Creator, Walmart’s influencer and affiliate marketing platform. As part of the experience, we are looking for a talented and engaging Makeup/Hair Artist Brand Ambassador to help bring the creator experience to life. ABOUT THE ROLE The Makeup/Hair Artist BA will demonstrate a quick makeup look and a quick hairstyle on the influencers during the event. The looks will be trendy, approachable, and easy to follow. Additional details will be provided as we get closer to the event, including the specific products, tools, and desired makeup/hair looks that will be provided. This is not intended to be a complicated or highly technical styling role. We are looking for someone who can confidently demonstrate a look, keep a group engaged, follow directions, and create an enjoyable experience for the influencers. This is a client-facing role, so professionalism, reliability, confidence, and the ability to work independently are extremely important. We are looking for someone who can not only execute the makeup and hair looks but also command a room, keep the influencers engaged, and make the demonstration feel fun and approachable. SCHEDULE Monday, October 19, 2026 Onsite Training — Time TBD Tuesday, October 20, 2026 Bentonville, AR 8:30 AM–12:30 PM Wednesday, October 21, 2026 Bentonville, AR 8:30 AM–12:30 PM TRAVEL & LODGING Traveling staff will be offered 3 hours of travel pay per travel day for 2 days of travel. Lodging may be approved for staff traveling into Bentonville, AR for the program. Additional travel and lodging details will be provided to selected staff. RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrate a quick, trendy makeup look for a group of influencers Demonstrate a quick hairstyle that aligns with the provided creative direction Speak to and engage a small group while demonstrating the looks Explain your techniques and steps in an approachable way Keep the group engaged and attentive throughout the demonstration Follow provided styling direction, products, tools, and creative guidelines Create a fun, welcoming, and professional experience for the influencers Work closely with the onsite team and follow direction as needed WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Makeup/Hair Artist BA with hands-on experience in makeup and hair styling who is comfortable demonstrating trendy looks in front of a group. Ideal candidates are: Experienced with makeup and hair styling Comfortable creating current, trendy, and approachable looks Confident speaking in front of a group or leading a demonstration Engaging, personable, and able to keep a group's attention Comfortable explaining their process while working Professional, polished, and reliable Able to take direction and adapt to provided creative guidelines Comfortable working with influencers and in a content-focused environment Previous experience with demos, classes, beauty events, or group instruction is a strong plus The ability to engage the group and confidently lead a demonstration is especially important for this role. The styling itself will not be overly complicated; we are primarily looking for someone who can successfully execute the desired looks while creating an engaging experience for the influencers.
