PROGRAM OVERVIEW A major retailer is welcoming a group of selected creators and influencers to their home campus in Bentonville, AR this fall! As part of their experience, creators will have the opportunity to explore Bentonville, hear from notable speakers, network with other creators, create content, and learn more about Walmart Creator, Walmart’s influencer and affiliate marketing platform. To make the experience extra festive, Momentum is creating a Holiday Content House filled with shoppable products, interactive activities, product demos, photo moments, and plenty of holiday cheer! We’re looking for reliable, professional, hands-on Production Assistants to support the Walmart Styling team and Momentum as they prepare the space for this exciting experience. These Production Assistants will be working directly with the Walmart team, so professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently are extremely important for this role! SCHEDULE Dates: October 5–9, October 12–19, 2026 Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday, October 5: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Tuesday, October 6: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Wednesday, October 7: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Thursday, October 8: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday, October 9: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday, October 12: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Tuesday, October 13: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Wednesday, October 14: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Thursday, October 15: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday, October 16: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM We will be creating a rotating schedule with a team of PAs. We will coordinate confirmed dates depending on availability. RESPONSIBILITIES Production Assistants will help with a variety of behind-the-scenes setup and organization tasks, including: Unboxing and organizing products Breaking down and disposing of boxes Helping organize and prepare the space Assisting with holiday décor placement and styling Retrieving items from storage and garage areas as needed General cleaning and keeping the house organized Working directly alongside the Styling team Providing hands-on support with setup, breakdown, and event preparation Supporting the client with additional production needs as they arise WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for polished, professional, youthful, and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working behind the scenes and jumping in wherever needed. Ideal candidates are: Reliable and punctual Professional and comfortable interacting directly with clients Organized and detail-oriented Hands-on and willing to assist with setup and cleanup tasks Comfortable being on their feet and moving throughout the day Able to take direction and work well as part of a team Proactive and willing to jump in without needing constant direction Friendly, positive, and flexible These Production Assistants will be working directly with the brand team without clients onsite presence during the warehouse prep days, so professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently are extremely important.
