PROGRAM OVERVIEW: We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Event Support Staff to assist with the setup and breakdown of a youth soccer activation at the Man City Cup. This role is critical in ensuring all elements of the activation are properly installed, organized, and packed out efficiently. Ideal candidates are proactive, physically capable, and comfortable working with event equipment in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Friday May 1st 10am-4pm Sunday, May 3rd: 5pm-8pm (will be paid 4 hr minimum) Fridfay May 22 10am-4pm Sunday, May 24th: 5pm-8pm (will be paid 4 hr minimum) Roles + Responsibilities: Assist with full setup and breakdown of activation footprint, ensuring all elements are installed safely and correctly • Build and secure the SEG photo wall, including adding sandbags for stability • Set up and position all signage, including A-frame signs throughout the footprint • Assemble and place photo booth components, including iPad stand, iPad, and prop bin • Set up interactive game stations, including: – Header Challenge (Forza Header Trainer + leaderboard + signage) – Fast Feet Challenge (Target Trainer equipment + leaderboard + signage) • Ensure all equipment is clean, organized, and functioning properly before and after the event • Assist with repositioning or troubleshooting equipment onsite as needed • Carefully pack, organize, and load out all materials during breakdown • Follow direction from Team Lead and communicate any issues proactively Uniform: Production blacks **Hype does not handle hiring via Trusted Herd.
