I can't recall any issues I had during the course of this event. I worked with Hype for years, but this was the first time I worked with Verizon and it was fun!
There was a mishap regarding breaks because one BA was complaining and that affected all of our total hours and pay.

Company usually staffs really FUN and notable brands/events. Two small peeves were that we weren't told that it would be outdoors until our training call the day before the event and hours were reduced when we received confirmation email.

They usually pay every 2 weeks and direct deposit. At the time account manager would take staff unavailability personal and would send passive aggressive e-mails. Accounting messed up/delayed pay a few times and never made our concerns a priority.
Highly recommended agency for anyone in the business. Hype! has great clients and shows a lot of support for their hard working BAs.
