We’re hiring event staff for (6) Indie concert activations and (1) wellness-inspired Move at the Shed Festival lounge activation at The Salt Shed. Event Details: 📍 Salt Shed –1357 N Elston Ave, Chicago, IL 60642 🗓 First activation Thursday, July 17th, 2025 | Father John Misty Concert ⏰ Early PM setup | Activation: 5 PM – 10 PM | Breakdown to follow 👥 5,000+ attendees 🗓 Sunday, September 21, 2025 ⏰ Early AM setup | Activation: 7 AM – 7 PM | Breakdown to follow 👥 7,000+ attendees 🗓 Sunday, December 20th, 2025, | DJ Diesel Concert ⏰ Early PM setup | Activation: 8 PM – Midnight| Breakdown to follow 👥 5,000+ attendees (The remaining 4 activations dates are TBD, but will be in 2025) Positions Needed: • Event Manager (1) – Oversees activation, staff, and client needs • Brand Ambassadors (5-6) – Greet guests, manage interactive elements, distribute giveaways, maintain lounge space Ideal Candidates: • Outgoing, reliable, and professional • Comfortable engaging with large crowds • Event, hospitality, or brand experience preferred Compensation: Competitive hourly pay Attire: Branded uniform shirts provided Training: Virtual pre-event briefing
