Field Manager / Activation Producer – San Diego CALLING ALL EVENT PROFESSIONALS We are looking to expand our incredible San Diego event team with an experienced Field Manager / Activation Producer to support upcoming brand activations throughout the 2026 season. This role will serve as the local on-site lead, overseeing event execution, managing brand ambassador teams, and supporting production logistics for activations including — but not limited to — events at Petco Park (Padres games) and the San Diego Symphony at The Rady Shell. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both people and logistics in a fast-paced event environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the on-site Field Manager / Local Activation Lead Manage and support brand ambassador teams during activations Coordinate team scheduling and payroll submissions Oversee shipment tracking, inventory, and gifting management Support setup and breakdown of activation footprint Ensure all activation elements are executed according to brand standards Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide production support as needed Complete post-event recaps and reporting Maintain and manage event uniform distribution Uniform: Uniform requirements may vary by event. In most cases, a branded t-shirt will be provided. Additional details will be shared prior to each shift. Availability: Must be available for scheduled event dates. Confirmed Padres Activation Dates (More dates may be added throughout the season): March 27 – vs Tigers April 10 – vs Rockies May 1 – vs White Sox May 8 – vs Cardinals May 22 – vs Athletics June 5 – vs Mets June 26 – vs Dodgers July 10 – vs Blue Jays July 31 – vs Giants August 7 – vs Astros August 21 – vs Twins September 4 – vs Yankees September 18 – vs Marlins September 25 – vs Diamondbacks Shifts typically take place late afternoon through evening depending on event timing. Shift Time: TBD (Minimum 8 hours per shift) Pay: $55 per hour Paid via direct deposit within 2 weeks of shift completion, with invoice submitted within 48 hours of the event. Additional Requirements: Prompt, professional, and reliable Comfortable managing teams and interacting with large crowds Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities during live events Prior brand activation, experiential marketing, or event production experience preferred Interview Process: Video interviews will be conducted within the next two weeks.
