Event: Art of Exploring (Retail Activation) (includes light production setup for live event) Location: The North Face – Roseville Galleria | 1151 Galleria Blvd, Roseville, CA 95678 Date: Saturday, February 28, 2026 Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Estimated Attendance: 75+ guests Uniform: All black [Uniform shirt will be provided by TNF] Role Overview: The infinite Agency is seeking an experienced Brand Ambassador to support a one-day in-store retail activation for The North Face. This role will focus on guest engagement, brand storytelling, and maintaining a welcoming activation environment while supporting a light food-and-beverage moment & a custom branding activation . Responsibilities: Welcome and engage guests as they enter the activation Support brand storytelling and encourage in-store exploration Assist with guest flow and line management as needed Monitor giveaway quantities and activation supplies Support pre-pour cider and churro distribution (no food prep or cooking) Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand activation space (Set-up required) Capture photos and provide a brief post-event recap Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Brand Ambassador, promotional staff, or experiential marketing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
