Event Date: Saturday, October 4, 2025 Location: The North Face Westfield Valley Fair Mall, 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd, Santa Clara, CA, USA Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (includes setup, live event, and breakdown) Uniform: All black Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced Field Manager to oversee one activation day. You’ll be the onsite lead, ensuring smooth setup, staff management, and guest engagement. Responsibilities Travel to the local Extra Space Storage unit (2576 Scott Blvd Santa Clara #757, California, CA 95050) the night before to pick up event assets (mileage/parking reimbursed). Manage full event footprint setup and end-of-day strike. Supervise 2 Brand Ambassadors; assign roles, breaks, and responsibilities. Encourage and drive XPLR Pass sign-ups with guests. Manage line control and guest flow throughout the activation. Liaise with client, vendors, and mall management. Track giveaways and inventory; report at end of shift. Capture event photos and a brief recap for client. Requirements 1–2+ years field management, event production, or experiential marketing experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.
