Worked this gig at the last minute. Great on-site management made this gig a no brainer. I've worked with staff before and they're phenomenal. This particular campaign is set-up and the managers run it with ease and a consistent team.
Pay took slightly longer than expected and came in the form of a paper check even though selected to use PayPal. Communication was not bad, however did be get mixed information regarding event date/ time from the company vs. Onsite contact
After the event...I got to keep the Keurig :)
The event itself was fun. Now, waiting for the pay check was another. Took over 50 days before we got paid. Accounting did contact us to let us know there was a mistake or something and the funds we're not available/sent, that's why it took that long
Easy setup and breakdown. The OSM was easy-going.
Bringing a table was emphasized, bought one, at store they had their own professinal food cart! No reply from agency. All BAs brought or bought a table for nothing. Even was all over USA also. They should have known details for such a huge event.
