Position Overview:
The Remote Field Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining their regions photobooths are fully operating and that all servicing needs are resolved within a prompt timeline. Ideally 48 hours.
This position will involve traveling around your region to troubleshoot technical issues and routine paper changes, working alongside our support team. The ideal candidate must be self-sufficient, organized, able to schedule their week efficiently, have excellent problem-solving skills, and have great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage servicing of Photobooths in your region.
- Administer changes of paper and ink.
- Conduct regular booth maintenance and cleanings.
- Assist in the installation of new placement booths.
- Partner with support team and management by providing detailed onsite feedback to improve technical operations, efficiency, and photobooth location needs.
- Reliability and Punctuality: Being dependable in responding to service calls and adhering to schedules.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate respect to our partners and their location during service visits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an on-call or field service role.
- Technical proficiency with computer hardware, operating systems, photographic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Attention to detail in equipment servicing and maintenance.
- Experience with using various tools
Additional Requirements:
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, as the job involves traveling to various locations.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet servicing needs.
