Date/Time(s) REQUIRED for Role: Saturday, March 7th: BA - 10am to 6pm [8 hrs] REG - 8am to 4pm [8 hrs] Sunday, March 8th: 9:30am to 4:30pm [7 hrs] The Prego Expo, LLC is seeking temporary, on-site Event Staff for an upcoming event in New York City, New York [Manhattan] March 7/8th. We are currently seeking Brand Ambassadors to help at our Main Stage and Registration Staff for the weekend. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about events! BRAND AMBASSADOR DESCRIPTION: You will assist our emcee with Main Stage presentations throughout the weekend. Distributing raffle tickets to seated attendees in the crowd, facilitating giveaways, and assisting presenters if needed. We are also asking our Brand Ambassadors to stay late and work our createHER Influencer Happy Hour - serving drinks to influencers and clearing trash throughout the event. REGISTRATION DESCRIPTION: Your main task will consist of scanning tickets and getting attendees through the doors of the event. You will need to explain activities happening at the show and how to enter into our giveaways while also distributing the appropriate materials depending on their ticket type. QUALIFICATIONS: Prior trade show or event experience is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a team environment COMPENSATION: $25 Per hour, to be provided VIA CHECK after the event ends on March 8th. 30-minute Paid Lunch Break Daily ** Please bring your water bottle and snacks if you have strict dietary restrictions, there will be food vendors onsite and nearby. ATTIRE: Jeans and comfortable sneakers, a t-shirt will be provided
