WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB // The Story House team is supporting our cruise line client’s fresh, more personalized rewards program that offers guests fast and flexible ways to earn and redeem points for travel experience enhancements. As Lead Brand Ambassador, you will help share the news of this exciting new program! You will bring professional, enthusiastic, service-oriented excitement to each guest engagement, while explaining the program benefits and encouraging guests to register for this first of its kind rewards program. WHERE YOU’LL WORK // • Major cruise terminals in Cape Canaveral. • Events will take place from 8:45am – 1:15pm during each scheduled shift from June 12 through July 18. • Onsite activations will feature a simple event set, with brand signage and tablet for registrations • Reliable transportation is required. WHAT YOU’LL DO // • Participate in two paid training courses prior to the event: o 30-minute online general orientation, program introduction, and overview of the role. o 60-minute virtual brand training on either Tuesday, June 9 or Wednesday, June 10. • Pre-registration will be required for access to your assigned terminal location. • We will conduct a detailed review of the program attributes and benefits during the brand training call. • Deliver a professional, high-energy presence while educating guests on the benefits of the new program and encouraging them to register for our client’s rewards program. • Manage all communications and event set materials with on-site terminal management and oversee a team of up to (5) Brand Ambassador. • Maintain performance standards of your team during each terminal activation. • Complete brief post event reporting at the conclusion of each in terminal activation. YOUR EXPERIENCE // • Prior experience as a brand ambassador or event representative. • Must be 21+. • Comfort engaging in fast-paced, transit environments. • Passionate about the travel and tourism industry is a plus but not required. • Familiarity with rewards programs a plus but not required YOUR SKILLS // • Outgoing, high-energy personality. • Professional communication and guest engagement skills. • Ability to engage with individual guests or a small group of guests simultaneously. • Strong reliability and punctuality for live event staffing. YOUR COMPENSATION // • Hourly wage • Paid training prior to the event. • Parking will be provided at each terminal location.
