Dates: July 15- 20, 2026 Times: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. Times are subject to change Location: Piedmont Park 1320 Monroe Dr. NE Atlanta, GA 30306 (Please check your travel distance to the event site.) Event is rain or shine. Role: Set up / Break Down / Labor Assistance (Duties Listed Below) **Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, remain on your feet for extended periods, and work safely in extreme heat and other outdoor conditions.** EVENT SETUP Load and unload trucks with event equipment and materials. Assemble tables, chairs, barricades, fencing, and stanchions. Install event signage, banners, and wayfinding materials. Assist with staging décor and sponsor activation elements. Set up registration areas, VIP spaces, and hospitality areas. Position generators, lighting towers, and other event infrastructure as directed. Distribute event supplies to designated locations. Ensure all setup is completed according to site maps and production schedules. EVENT OPERATIONS Relocate equipment and furniture as operational needs change. Respond to production and operations requests in a timely manner. Assist vendors, sponsors, and production staff with logistical needs. Help maintain clear walkways, emergency access routes, and public spaces. Perform routine inspections of assigned areas for cleanliness and safety. Report hazards, damaged equipment, or safety concerns immediately. EVENT BREAKDOWN (STRIKE) Disassemble tents, tables, chairs, fencing, and event structures. Remove signage, branding, and décor. Pack equipment according to inventory requirements. Load trucks safely and efficiently. Clean event grounds and remove debris. Return equipment to designated storage or staging areas. Assist with final site restoration to venue requirements. If accepted for the position, additional details will be sent via email and text. Please ensure that you are responsive so that we can confirm your availability and on-site readiness. Attire: All black T-shirt\all black, grey or khakis shorts (No visible logos or holes/rips please) and sneakers (preferably all black). Suggestion: Bring multiple shirts and socks to change into as weather can be unpredictable. Rate: $25/hr. net 30 direct deposit (4 hours minimum)
