Team Lead / Driver – Guerrilla Tea Sampling Activation (Vancouver) Pay Rate: $30/hour Dates: July 20–26 We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Team Lead/Driver to support a fun guerrilla-style tea sampling activation across Vancouver. In this role, you’ll be the primary client-facing representative on-site, working alongside local sampling staff who will manage product distribution. You’ll help ensure smooth execution while driving and managing a mobile sampling setup across multiple high-traffic locations throughout the city. Responsibilities Drive a rental cube truck with a hitched trailer to various sampling locations across Vancouver Set up, support, and oversee execution of guerrilla sampling activations at multiple daily locations Act as the main client-facing point of contact on-site Work closely with local sampling staff to ensure smooth program execution Remain flexible and ready to relocate throughout the day based on foot traffic, site conditions, or direction from bylaw officers or property management Assist with setup, teardown, and transportation of all event materials Load and unload supplies including merchandise, ice, coolers, and sampling equipment Ensure all materials are organized, secure, and maintained throughout the day Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally at all times Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving a cube truck with a trailer attached in an urban environment Strong client-facing and customer service skills Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, shifting environments Ability to lift and move event supplies and equipment Food Handler Certification (required) Previous event, promotional, brand ambassador, or team lead experience an asset This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dynamic, on-the-go work, engaging with the public, and being part of an exciting summer activation across Vancouver. *Only apply if you are comfortable driving a cube truck hitched to a trailer to various locations* Interested?
