We are seeking an organized, reliable, and hands-on Production Assistant to support a running activation in Chicago during marathon weekend. The Production Assistant will help with load-in, setup, onsite execution, and breakdown. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with event setup and load-out Moving and organizing event materials, equipment, signage, and supplies Preparing activation stations and the retail space Supporting vendor arrivals and onsite coordination Maintaining inventory and keeping production areas organized Assisting with guest-facing activations as needed Troubleshooting onsite production needs Packing and organizing materials during breakdown Following direction from the onsite production lead The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to lift and carry event materials. Previous event production, experiential marketing, retail, or brand activation experience is preferred.
