Distributed nationally in partnership with Johnson Brothers and Artisan Beer Company, our products are crafted from federally legal industrial hemp, third-party lab tested, and built for the modern consumer looking for an alternative to alcohol. We're now expanding our footprint across Total Wine & More stores, and we're building a team of energetic, knowledgeable ambassadors to bring the brand to life on the floor.
Role Overview
As a Tripleswitch Brand Ambassador, you are the face of our brand inside Total Wine & More. You'll lead in-store demos, educate shoppers about hemp-derived THC beverages, build relationships with store managers and staff, and drive sell-through of our SKUs. This role is ideal for outgoing, sales-minded individuals with a passion for the beverage and emerging cannabis category
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Activation & Sampling
- Execute scheduled product demos and sampling events at assigned Total Wine & More locations (where state law permits non-alcoholic hemp-derived beverage sampling).
- Engage shoppers with a clear, compliant, and compelling brand story — covering taste, dosage, ingredients, and the difference between hemp-derived THC and other categories.
- Hit shopper engagement and conversion targets at each shift.
Merchandising & Placement Support
- Audit shelf placement, facings, price tags, and POS materials against the agreed planogram.
- Restock and front product, place case stackers, shelf talkers, neckers, and other point-of-sale materials.
- Photograph displays and submit store visit reports through our reporting platform (e.g., Repsly, GoSpotCheck, or equivalent) within 24 hours.
- Flag any out-of-stocks, pricing discrepancies, or display issues to the Regional Sales Manager immediately.
Store Relationships
- Build strong working relationships with Total Wine beer/specialty buyers, department managers, and floor staff.
- Conduct quick staff trainings on the Tripleswitch lineup — flavor profiles, serving suggestions, dosage education, and answers to common shopper questions.
- Leave behind sell sheets, samples for staff (where permitted), and branded swag.
Reporting & Communication
- Submit accurate after-action reports including units moved, shopper conversations, store feedback, and competitive activity (what other hemp-THC brands are doing in-store).
- Track depletions and surface sell-through trends to support our 443/Mutual Customer Sales reporting.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations governing hemp-derived THC products, including age-gating (21+) at all sampling activities.
Qualifications
Required
- 21+ years of age (mandatory — these are THC products).
- Relevant experience of brand ambassador, field marketing, beverage demo, or retail sales experience. Beer, wine, spirits, or hemp/cannabis category experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with strangers, demoing product, and standing/walking for 4–6 hour shifts.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (smartphone required for reporting).
- Available evenings and weekends — peak Total Wine traffic windows (Thursday–Sunday).
- Professional appearance and ability to represent a regulated adult-use brand with maturity and discretion.
Preferred
- Working knowledge of the hemp-derived THC category and/or Beer Category.
- Existing relationships with Total Wine & More staff in your market.
- TIPS certification or equivalent responsible-service training.
- Experience using field reporting apps and basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Complete onboarding and brand certification within the first two weeks.
- Execute a minimum of 8–12 in-store demos per month across your assigned Total Wine locations.
- Build name-recognition relationships with the buyer/specialty manager at every store on your route.
- Drive measurable lift in monthly depletions at activated stores versus baseline.
- Submit 100% of store visit reports on time.
