Products are backed by a lifetime manufacturer product warranty and a lifetime workmanship warranty, helping homeowners feel confident in their investment. 🚀 About the Opportunity FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is looking for outgoing, confident Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Representatives to represent Love Your Bath at select Sam’s Club and Costco locations throughout the Tampa Bay area. This is an approximately 5–6 month contract opportunity offering a consistent 30-hour-per-week schedule, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through lead and appointment incentives. This is not a traditional retail sales position. Instead of closing the bathroom remodeling sale yourself, your goal is to start conversations, create interest, identify qualified homeowners, and generate leads that can turn into in-home appointments for the Love Your Bath sales team. You’ll engage shoppers, introduce them to Love Your Bath and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel solutions, ask qualifying questions, collect lead information, and help interested homeowners take the next step by connecting them with a Love Your Bath representative. Success in this role comes from being comfortable approaching people, building rapport quickly, communicating the value of the service, and consistently generating quality opportunities. 🎯 Your Goals Each representative will work toward generating approximately: 33 qualified leads per week 11 issued appointments per week An issued appointment is a confirmed appointment for a Love Your Bath sales representative to meet with the homeowner. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn additional incentives on top of your $20/hour base pay. Representatives can earn an incentive for qualified leads generated, with a higher payout when those leads become issued or confirmed appointments. And your efforts continue to count: if one of your qualified leads doesn’t convert immediately but becomes an issued appointment later, you’ll still receive credit for that conversion.
