With over 45 years in business and nearly 4 million kits sold, we’re America’s go-to name for backyard living. 🚀 About the Opportunity FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is looking for energetic, outgoing brand ambassadors to bring the Backyard USA experience to life inside Costco during this high-impact roadshow event. This is a short-term, high-energy sales role perfect for someone who enjoys people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants flexible, project-based work with potential for future events. 🎯 What You’ll Do Build and set up an engaging, eye-catching product display Welcome and engage shoppers with confidence and energy Demonstrate products and highlight key features & benefits Drive sales through strong customer interactions Track activity using mobile apps (Vision App & reporting tools) Manage inventory, samples, and display materials Keep the booth clean, stocked, and visually appealing Follow all store and safety guidelines Stay flexible and ready for a fast-moving retail environment 💪 What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps daily Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Clean MVR and proof of auto insurance Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset Energetic, outgoing personality with attention to detail 🔥 Why This Role?
