Your weekly pay = Hourly OR Commission (whichever is GREATER) **You'll always have your hourly to fall back on** **Paydays are Bi-weekly** 💸 Most technicians average $22–$25/hr 🚀 Top performers earn even more—no cap! 📍 Travel Requirements (Local Route Role) You’ll rotate between 2 Walmart locations: Sioux Falls – 5521 E ARROWHEAD PKWY SIOUX FALLS, SD 57110 Sioux Falls- 5200 WEST 60TH STREET NORTH SIOUX FALLS, SD 57107 🚗 Mileage Reimbursement: You’ll be reimbursed for any travel over 30 miles (one-way) from your home address. 🕒 Schedule & Role Type Part-time / Gig-style role Hours vary based on workload and demand Schedule comes out 1 week before Flexible, independent work environment 🛠️ What You’ll Do Assemble products like bikes, grills, and furniture Use hand tools to complete builds accurately and efficiently Troubleshoot and ensure high-quality finished products Work independently inside retail stores Hit productivity goals and maximize commission 💪 🧰 Tools Required Basic assembly tools are required for this role (Picture in job posting) 🔧 Don’t have tools? No problem — tool rental is available: $1 per hour worked until paid off. ✅ What You Bring Mechanical aptitude (hands-on experience is a plus!)
