Costco Roadshow Sales Representative — Tru Sparkling
Job Overview:
This is not a passive demo role — this is direct-to-consumer selling at scale.
You are responsible for converting traffic into revenue.
You will represent Tru Sparkling inside Costco during a live Roadshow, driving high-volume case sales through sampling, urgency, and strong closing ability. Every interaction should lead toward a sale.
This role is highly demanding, performance-tracked daily, and directly impacts whether Tru earns expanded placement in Costco.
Top performers will be prioritized for extended roadshows and future markets.
Schedule & Compensation:
Total Hours: ~58 hours (Thursday–Monday)
Total Pay: $2,320–$2,820 + performance bonuses
Thursday (13 hrs): 7:45 AM – 8:45 PM
Friday (12 hrs): 8:45 AM – 8:45 PM
Saturday (10.5 hrs): 8:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Sunday (10 hrs): 8:45 AM – 6:45 PM
Monday (12.5 hrs): 8:45 AM – 9:00 PM
(Includes setup, teardown, and pallet management time each day)
What Winning Looks Like:
100 cases/day = baseline performance
150+ cases/day = top performer
You actively engage every passerby, sample aggressively, and close with confidence
You create urgency and move volume — not just “educate”
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver a tight, high-conversion 15-second pitch (Energy + Calm lines)
Drive case sales from sampling — every sample should lead to a pitch
Track and report:
Sales (daily cases sold)
Sampling volume
Conversion performance
Own your station:
Setup, merchandising, signage, and ice management
Pallet organization and inventory awareness
Maintain a high-energy, proactive presence — no standing back, no waiting for customers
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Costco Roadshow experience REQUIRED
Proven sales mentality — you are comfortable initiating conversations and closing
Ability to stand and perform for 10–13 hour shifts
Comfortable handling high rejection volume while maintaining energy
Able to lift and move cases consistently
Food Handler’s Certificate (if no CDS rep present)

Performance Bonuses:
$50/day for hitting 100 cases
$100/day for hitting 150+ cases

Processed the day after roadshow completion
